Company

Company is an entity with which you will be dealing with for your sales. You can create company and associate it with one or more contacts.

Steps to create a new company

  1. Go on create new company.
    1. Click on Add New Button in front of Companies in side menu bar.

    OR

    1. Click on Companies in side menu bar. This will show you the list of companies present in your system.
    2. Click on New Button to go on create new company form.
  2. Enter the name of the company in front of Company Name.
  3. Enter other available details of the company you need to create.
  4. Note: Make sure you fill all the information which are marked with Red Astrek.
  5. Once you are done filling the information of the company, click on Save Button present at the top.

Steps to modify a company

  1. Click on Companies in side menu bar. Thia will show you the companies present in your system.
  2. If don’t the company you want to modify then search the company name using Search Bar present at the right-top side of the list.
  3. Click on the name of the company you want to modify. This will take you on the overview page of the company.
  4. Click on Details tab present at the top-roght corner of the page. This will show you the details of the company.
  5. Click on the data which you want to modify.
  6. Click on Save Changes Button present at the top to save the modified details.

Company Overview

Overview tab of company shows you the all the information related to that company. You can see deals, task and notes related to that company. You can even create/modify deal and task. Add important notes and attachments related to the company for further use. See every thing related to company at one place.

You can see the assoociate contacts of the company in Contact tab present in at the top-right corner.

Steps to Add Notes

Adding notes helps you to keep important point noted while having further communication.

  1. Go on Overview Tab of Company.
  2. Click on Add Note Button placed below the basic contact information.
  3. Enter the note details.
  4. Click on Add Note Button given below to save the note.

Steps to Add Attachments

  1. Go on Overview Tab of Company.
  2. Click on Add Attachment placed below the basic contact information.
  3. Click on Upload Icon. This will Open File Window.
  4. Select the file you want to attach.
  5. Click on Start Upload Button.
    Once the file is uploaded, Attachment Tab starts blinking with a red dot. Attachment Added
    To see the uploaded files – Just Click on Attachment tab.
